Not sure what™™s happening with Freezer door but when you shut the bottom door it can trigger freezer door to pop open. If you don™™t pay attention all of your meats will thaw out.

Nice fridge. Fits perfect in our cabin kitchen. A bit noisier than we expected. Cycles on and off a lot. We had to hunt down the matching plug that covers the alternate hole for the handle but GE sent it to us. Delivery went smooth and as scheduled. Guys were very pleasant. So far so good. ð

I am very pleased with my new refrigerator, however, I thought the whole refrigerator would be stainless steel. The sides and top of the referigerator were painted black. Kind of a disappointment but not a deal breaker.

I love my GE Appliances. I just bought a GE Fingerprint resistant stainless steel Fridge. It is beautiful and so quiet. I bought this Fridge because I also own a GE glass top Range, Profile Dishwasher, {also very quiet) and above the Range Microwave/Convection Oven. They all have the Fingerprint resistant S/S finish and are so easy to wipe clean. I have had the Range, Microwave and Dishwasher for several years and they have yet to need repair. I highly recommend GE Appliances!

I love the refrigerator , however, I was upset because after a week and a half I noticed frost & ice around the rim of the freezer. My old refrigerator was 21 years old and I had one problem that caused me to need this purchase. I was surprised. I had a technician come today and fixed the issue, I hope. It is a shame that it seems that new appliances are not built the way the old products were.

Excellent fit and finish. Seems to work perfectly but haven't had it for very long. My last GE Fridge lasted 26 years with no problems. Needed a new one because of a move and had to leave it behind. If I get half of that out of this one I'll be satisfied.

I was told by the sales rep that delivery would be between 8 and 12 noon but I received a phone call from the delivery person the night before delivery, that the refrigerator would be delivered between 1 and 4pm and I was unable to keep a 3pm appointment I previously scheduled. This should have been coordinated better by the sales representative.

One Issue I have with refrigerator when it™™s done running there is a noise that it constantly makes for about 30 seconds. Very annoying & should not be happening on a new refrigerator.

The good & the bad. I like the interior storage. It can hold a lot of items & is well laid out. It is also very streamlined on the outside. Now the bad. There is a narrow haze mark across the front door of the fridge. It is subtle, but I notice it all the time. I have cleaned gently with the grain & with good gentle products. Really, no difference. That is very frustrating as I live by myself & take good care of things. Second, When I shut the refrigerator door the top freezer door can pop out just a little. I then have to double check to make sure that it is closed every time. That can be frustrating as I do not want any frozen food to slowly defrost. I wish these issues would not have to be a concern . Disappointed

nice size. fits in the space in the cabinets. seems to have a place for everything we had in the old fridge. i like the gallon size door bins and the clear see thru veggy bins. it seems to be cooling just fine; brought both the freezer and fridge spaces down to temp in a short time. i use a thermometer in each to monitor performance. had to in the old machine as it would mess up for no apparent reason. i also like the fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish. would have preferred bisque/beige color, but not able to find.

For our small space, the frig is a good size. Doors have to be pushed shut all the way. You can™™t just push and they close on their own. The freezer door seems to be the worst on this. If you push to close it doesn™™t close the last 3-4 inches; this is a royal pain. Ice maker is defective and now waiting on replacement ( it overfills and we have ice puddled on bottom of freezer against air vents. Frig and freezer do well on temperature- cooling and freezing.

Our new refrigerator is only 3 months old. 1st we noticed that the frozen food had thawed. Now the refrigerator section isn™™t keeping food cold either. We reported the problem to the GE service center 5 days ago and still don™™t have a service call scheduled. Very unhappy with the product and service!

This refrigerator has worked well, so far. It runs a bit noisily and the door to the refrigeration compartment stays open when getting items from a shelf. I would be happier if it swing to. I often have to go back to close the door. I like the capacity, configuration and temperature. Larger veggie drawers would be an improvement.

Fridge motor is annoyingly loud. Both fridge and freezer doors cause the other door to pop open when closed. We consistently need to check doors to ensure they remain closed.

I replaced a thirty something year old refrigerator. I had to wait for a sale, so it was putting up with leakage from the old one. It™™s perfect for the limited space we have in a townhouse kitchen. It™™s not fancy but seems to have larger capacity. I like the storage drawers: 3 instead of 2. I don™™t like ice makers and we couldn™™t have it anyway. It™™s a perfect fit and it works well. Advice: measure often to make sure your new appliance will fit. I did. This website would not initially me choose ™shelving™ which I think is a very positive feature.

I needed to replace a fridge and I was glad I searched out a store that sold this GE. It has all features I wanted: two bottom storage areas, door shelves that can hold a lot of beverages, etc, glass shelves and ample room in freezer. Thanks for the warranty and entry ticket. This one cools and listed the amount of energy per year it saves on a card.

I love the size of this refrigerator™"it's spacious without taking up too much room, and there™™s plenty of space for groceries. The fingerprint-resistant finish is a huge plus; it always looks clean. Everything feels well organized and easy to access. The only downside is that there™™s no light in the freezer, which would™™ve been nice. Other than that, it™™s a great fridge and works perfectly for our needs.
